The DEA now allows you to write multiple Schedule II (C-II) Rxs on the same day, for the same patient and drug...for up to a total of 90 days.

But you must indicate the earliest date the patient can fill each Rx.

The feds do NOT limit the quantity or day supply for a single C-II Rx...but many states do. Follow your state regulations if they are stricter than the federal regs.
